Record #192084:

Late Holocene climatic variability reconstructed from incremental data from pines and pearl mussels: a multi-proxy comparison of air and subsurface temperature / Samuli Helama, and 7 others.

Title: Late Holocene climatic variability reconstructed from incremental data from pines and pearl mussels: a multi-proxy comparison of air and subsurface temperature / Samuli Helama, and 7 others.
Author(s): Helama, Samuli.
Date: 2010.
In: Boreas. (2010.), Vol. 39(4) (2010)
Abstract: Presents multi-proxy reconstruction of temperature histories using combination of dendrochronological and sclerochronological evidence. Multi-proxy temperature reconstruction correlates well with long records of instrumental temperatures from Tornedalen, St Petersburg, Uppsala and Stockholm.
Notes:

Boreas. Vol. 39(4) :734-748 (2010).

In special issue Current continental palaeoclimatic research in the Nordic region.
