| Abstract: | Reports screening of 73 β-galactosidase-producing bacterial strains from 322 cold-adapted isolates from sea-water, sea ice and marine sediment samples collected from Chukchi Sea, Canada Basin, Greenland Sea and vicinity of Chinese Antarctic Zhongshan Station. Studies strain Bcw006, one producer, and identifies as Alteromonas sp. Bcw006, based on 16S rRNA gene sequence homology. |
