Abstract: Discusses finding of Qanuippitali health survey that percentage of Nunavummiut who experience lack of food during year is seven times higher than national average. Survey was based on sample of 1,038 randomly selected households, of which seven in 10 ran short of food and four in 10 experienced "severe" lack of food during course of year.
