Изменение размеров термокарстовых озер в различных районах России за последние 30 лет

Title: Изменение размеров термокарстовых озер в различных районах России за последние 30 лет
Title, transliterated: Izmenenie razmerov termokarstovykh ozer v razlichnykh raĭonakh Rossii za poslednie 30 let / V.I. Kravt︠s︡ova, A.G. Bystrova.
Translated title: Changes in thermokarst lake size in different regions of Russia for the last 30 years.
Author(s): Kravt︠s︡ova, V. I.
Bystrova, A. G.
Date: 2009.
Language: Russian.
In: Kriosfera Zemli. (2009.), Vol. 13(2) (2009)
Abstract: Analyzes multitemporal satellite remote sensing imagery from 1970s, early 1980s and 2000s for 19 test sites in Russia, chosen in different geocryological and landscape conditions. Eleven sites saw no change in lake area. Three sites in northern geocryological zone (southern Yamal, banks of Pur and Yenisei rivers) saw decrease of lake area due to erosion. In Yana-Indigirka lowland lakes had discharged and lake depressions had filled with water. In central Yakutia lake area increase was twice observed. Lake area increased and new small lakes appeared at three sites in southern geocryological zone (Verhneangarsk and Barguzin depressions in Zabaikal'ye, coast of Uda bay in Far East)
