| Abstract: | Systematises and explains certain specific landscape features of islands of North-West Pacific, which differentiate them from mainland landscapes. Studies impact of high latitude and physical geography of islands on landscape, in particular reasons for changes in relief, such as erosion and water courses. Considers influence of bird colonies on geosystems of smaller islands, using example of Starichkov island. |
