Abstract: Explores relationship between site location and viewable topographic matrix of distribution of caribou, moose and Dall's sheep and site function in Nutzolin Mountains, south-central Alaska. Archaeological record of study area consists of Late Holocene lithic scatters containing several projectile point types representing Northern Archaic and Northern Athabascan traditions.
