Abstract: | Presents substantive theory of well-being at work among ageing hospital nurses. Studies well-being from positive viewpoint to determine what constitutes well-being at work, in context of nurses of 45-55 years of age working at university hospital in northern Finland. Finds relationships between nurses and communal aspects of job are important to nurses' well-being. |
