Abstract: | Describes development of dietary instrument (food frequency questionnaire (FFQ)) that measures total dietary intake over one year among Alaska Natives in two regions. Notes that assessment of diet is necessary to evaluate accurately how diets of Alaska Natives relate to health. Finds that FFQ is most effectively used in studies involving correlation of specific nutrients. |
