| Abstract: | Considers influence of interannual variability of water transport by East Kamchatka, Oyashio and East Sakhalin currents on dissolved oxygen concentration in western sub-Arctic Pacific and Sea of Okhotsk, with aim of understanding impact of climate change on chemical parameters of sea water. Shows that statistically significant relation is observed between interannual variations in water transport (calculated using Sverdrup equation) by currents and changes in mean sea water level at coastal stations. |
