| Abstract: | Reports geocryological and engineering-geological research carried out on Bolshezemelskaya tundra of Yamal Peninsula and Arctic Shelf of Kara and Barents seas, including deep drilling of cryolithozone and core extraction, thermometric observation in wells, and laboratory dating of physical, mechanical, chemical and thermophysical characteristics of soils. Shows that cryosineresis is leading process forming and controlling submarine sediment cryodiagenesis. |
