Геодинамика становления Арктического океана

Title: Геодинамика становления Арктического океана
Title, transliterated: Geodinamika stanovlenii︠a︡ Arkticheskogo okeana / Ė.V. Shipilov.
Translated title: Geodynamics of the formation of the Arctic Ocean.
Author(s): Shipilov, Ė. V.
Date: 2007.
Language: Russian.
In: Arktika i Antarktika. (2007.), Vol. 5(39) (2007)
Abstract: Attempts to show that Arctic Ocean is essentially hybrid in its genesis, based on geological and geophysical data and palaeotectonic reconstructions. Concludes that ocean was formed owing to close spatial interface of two geodynamic systems of different ages and patterns. Suggests that development of Palaeo-Pacific and North Atlantic was completed in Late Cretaceous.
Notes:
