| Abstract: | Studies age and length of fossils Balanidae in Quaternary sediments found in study area. Their large size (length of fragments reaches 35-40 mm and more) testifies to highly favourable hydrobiological situation in region when substrate was formed. Compares lithological-faunistic indicators of obtained columns with available data from Veide-Fjord area which allows for dating of layer by means of Kargin interstadial. |
