Abstract: Presents first order relatedness for three dyads of individuals contained in Norwegian minke whale (Balaenoptera acutorostrata) DNA-register, based on 25 microsatellites. One large female minke whale was member of all three dyads, providing first indication of occurrence of promiscuous mating of female common minke whales.
