Date: | 2008. |
In: | Polish Polar Research. (2008.), Vol. 29(1) (2008) |
Abstract: | Describes topoclimatic variation of Hornsund region which results principally from local orography, vicinity of open sea and two contrasting environments: glaciated and non-glaciated. West coast is characterised by most favourable thermal conditions, where air temperature is largely determined by foehn processes. |
