| Abstract: | Reports phylogenetic analysis based on 165 rDNA of eight strains of cultivable bacteria isolated from Arctic sea ice. Constructs phylogenetic tree, using neighbour-joining method of MEGA3 program. Analysis indicates cultivable bacteria of genus Psychrobacter in this study form relatively independent phylogenetic cluster compared with other bacteria of same genus. |
