| Abstract: | Shows that comparative analysis of Magdalenina encampments (Pincevent, France) and present-day camps of reindeer herders-hunters in Siberia helps to broaden construction of hypotheses and interpretations of archaeological remains. Also argues that seasonal climatic variations induce similar responses in organisation of camps 12,000 years ago and today. |
