Abstract: Presents results of meteorological measurements carried out in Kaffiöyra Plain in 2006 summer season during 28th Torun Polar Expedition. Season was cloudy and relative sunshine duration was small (26.2%). Mean air temperature was 5.3°C. In comparison with average conditions calculated on basis of 13 previous summer seasons, summer of 2006 was warmer and drier.
