| Abstract: | Presents meteorological data collected from Polish Polar Station at Hornsund and from automatic weather stations (located on different types of surface - tundra, moraine, and glacier). Uses wind chill index, Bodman's weather severity index, subjective temperature index, man-environment heat exchange model, and biothermal-and-meteorological typology of weather to evaluate bioclimatological conditions in examined area. |
