Abstract: | Investigates association of dietary patterns with selected life-style and demographic factors, ethnicity, and self-perceived health. Identifies five dietary patterns: "reindeer", "fish", "average", "fruits and vegetables" and "Westernised traditional marine". Reindeer pattern is highly represented by subjects with three generations of Saami language, obese subjects and those with low physical activity; fish is dominated by women; and fruits and vegetables pattern is characterised by health-conscious life-style. |
