Multiple wavelengths observation of dayside auroras in visible range: a preliminary result of the first wintering aurora observation in Chinese Arctic Station at Ny Ålesun / Zejung Hu, and 11 others.

Title: Multiple wavelengths observation of dayside auroras in visible range: a preliminary result of the first wintering aurora observation in Chinese Arctic Station at Ny Ålesun / Zejung Hu, and 11 others.
Author(s): Hu, Zejung.
Date: 2005.
Language: Chinese.
In: Chinese Journal of Polar Research. (2005.), Vol. 17(2) (2005)
Abstract: Reports winter observation with all-sky imager system carried out from December 2003-February 2004, collection of 1,200 hours of aurora image data, and processing of all-sky images into keograms along magnetic North-South direction. Investigates multiple wavelengths characteristic of dayside aurora activities, and identifies three repeatedly appearing aurora activity regions along dayside aurora oval.
