Abstract: Examines differences in demographics and socio-economics, lifestyles and mental and physical health between victimized and non-victimized men. Identifies and quantifies factors associated with mental and physical health. Finds considerable number of men in poor mental and physical state, but few differences between victims and non-victims. Determines financial strain to be more important factor for ill-health than violence.
