Abstract: Investigates health as main component of quality of working potential of natives in territory of oil-and-gas complex. Applies epidemiological and social-medical methods to potential adult and teenage workers in northern territory of Irkutsk region. Results indicate difficulties in adaptation of temporary workers from central regions to unfavourable social, climatic and occupational conditions, leading to possible psychosomatic diseases and decreased capacity for work.
