| Abstract: | Reports examination of 148 Yakut and Russian male in-patients of cardiology unit with ischaemic heart disease. Bases study on anamnesis data, clinical investigation and includes data of twofold measure of blood pressure, anthropometry, electrocardiography, echocardiography, selective coronaroangiography, and determination of cholesterol levels. Finds that atherosclerosis of coronary artery among Yakut patients is less expressed; also that risk factors occur less frequently among Yakuts than non-natives. |
