Abstract: | Describes effect of Asian tsunami on 26 December 2004 on colony of king penguins on Île de la Possession in sub-Antarctic Îles Crozet, where as a result of this and second flooding on 30 January 2005, 44% of breeding birds abandoned their egg or chick. |
