Diversity, structure and interactions of encrusting lithophyllic macrofaunal assemblages from Belgica Bank, east Greenland / Piotr Kuklinski, Beate Bader.
Title: | Diversity, structure and interactions of encrusting lithophyllic macrofaunal assemblages from Belgica Bank, east Greenland / Piotr Kuklinski, Beate Bader. |
Author(s): | Kuklinski, Piotr. Bader, Beate. |
Date: | 2007. |
In: | Polar Biology. (2007.), Vol. 30(6) (2007) |
Abstract: | Examines species richness, diversity, abundance and interactions of organisms colonising rocks on Belgica Bank, Greenland Sea. Identifies 113 taxa (58 genera, 38 families, 12 orders and 8 phyla) on 101 stones collected from nine sites. Finds bryozoans to be most species-rich group, while anthozoans and ascidians are represented by least number of species. |
