Abstract: Reports dominance of Archaea of associated microbial community in mesohyl of Arctic deep-water sponge Tentorium semisuberites. Notes that Archaea in such high proportions have never been described in Arctic deep sea hadromerid sponge, nor in any other demosponge species.
