Abstract: | Evaluates antioxidant properties of two Arctic seaweed species, Odonthalia dentata and Polysiphonia stricta, using two different peroxynitrite tests. Results indicate suitability of both species as source for treatment of oxidative damage by reactive nitrogen species, particularly in pathological conditions. |
