Abstract: Evaluates health initiatives of Southcentral Foundation (SCF), Alaska Native non-profit healthcare organisation established in 1982 to improve health and social conditions of Alaska Native people, enhance culture and empower individuals to take responsibility for own lives. Findings suggest SCF leadership is listening to customers and continually improving services based on feedback from community.
