| Abstract: | Presents simultaneous least-squares adjustment method for calibrating and merging surface motion measurements from multiple InSAR image frames using speckle tracking method. Based on limited number of velocity control points and a set of velocity tie points, presented method simultaneously calibrates model parameters and determines surface displacement measurements for all frames in a strip or block. Velocity discrepancies between adjacent frames are minimized, and a seamless velocity mosaic can be produced. Velocity control point requirements are also greatly relaxed. Demonstrates technique using 1997 Radarsat data over Lambert Glacier and Amery Ice Shelf. |
