Abstract: Investigates arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) and dark-septate endophytic (DSE) root colonisation in six sub-Arctic herbaceous plants along altitudinal gradient (01-1400 m a.s.l.) at Mt Paras, North Norway. Finds no consistent decline in different types of fungus colonisation along entire gradient, and no statistically significant shift in AM or DSE colonisation with altitude.
