| Abstract: | Reports 24-hour investigation of zooplankton at fixed site in Kongsfjord to determine level of diurnal variability in community composition and abundance. Also measures water temperature and salinity, and obtains information on tides and winds from external sources. Observed changes do not exceed range of variability regarded as intrinsic, resulting from nature of plankton, and are regarded as low and typical. |
