| Abstract: | Presents data obtained from neutron monitor 6-HM-64 installed and put into operation in Barentsburg (Spitsbergen). Registrations of cosmic rays were made for first time on 2003/10/28, 2003/10/29 and 2003/11/02. Analysis of these events using data from worldwide network of neutron monitors and computations of their asymptotic cones shows steady north-south anisotropy in relativistic solar cosmic ray flux during all three events. Instrument is equipped with computerized data collecting system and data is presented in real time on Internet. |
