| Abstract: | Investigates climate control on river discharge suspended sediment transport and conductivity, using high resolution time series (1995-2003) from High Arctic drainage basin at Zackenberg. Finds total annual runoff from Zackenberg Basin to be in range 122-306 m³yr⁻¹; also suspended sediment discharges from Zackenberg River drainage basin and entire catchment area to Young Sound/Tyrolerfjord to be 15,000-130,000 t yr⁻¹ and 77,000-67,000 t yr⁻¹ respectively. |
