Abstract: Presents preliminary results of extensive beach surveys in spring and autumn 1999-2004 carried out with aim of describing and quantifying baseline data on seabird occurrence, species composition in roosting flocks, age composition and habitat associations. Concludes that seabird abundances in spring are much lower than in autumn.
