Abstract: Report on threat by Prosecutor General's Office to annul all three production sharing agreements run by Shell, ExxonMobil and Total. Shell and two Japanese companies that run Sakhalin-2 project have been accused of failing to build anti-erosion facilities. Confirms that EBRD withheld loan for pipeline for environmental reasons. Claims that Russian government has other motives for its actions.
