CODAR in Alaska: final report / David Musgrave, Hank Statscewich.

Title: CODAR in Alaska: final report / David Musgrave, Hank Statscewich.
Author(s): Musgrave, David.
Statscewich, Hank.
Date: 2006.
Publisher: Fairbanks, AK: U.S. Department of the Interior. Minerals Management Service
Abstract: Reports use of HF radar instrumentation to measure surface currents in Cook Inlet. Uses results to characterise circulation of area and assess skill of numerical simulations of this system. Notes that knowledge of tidal and sub-tidal current patterns in Cook Inlet is important for determining and predicting transport pathways affecting pollutants.
Notes:

OCS Study MMS 2006-032.
