Abstract: Compares seismic events of ice-vibration type recorded at Hans Glacier, Spitsbergen and Pasterze Glacier, Austria. Presents spectral analysis, noting relationship between period of vibrations and scale of dynamic processes in given glacier. Predominant frequency is higher in Hans Glacier, where scale of dynamic processes is much greater.
