Record #176655:

Euendoliths and cryptoendoliths within late Middle Cambrian brachiopod shells from North Greenland / Martin Stockfors, John S. Peel.

Title: Euendoliths and cryptoendoliths within late Middle Cambrian brachiopod shells from North Greenland / Martin Stockfors, John S. Peel.
Author(s): Stockfors, Martin.
Peel, John S.
Date: 2005.
In: GFF. (2005.), Vol. 127(3) (2005)
Abstract: Describes traces of association of microscopic endoliths within shell wall and internal cavity of phosphatic brachiopods with conjoined valves from Holm Dal Formation of Peary Land, central North Greenland. Notes that Greenland fossils closely resemble present day association of calcified green algae from recent Bermuda reefs (though probably produced by cyanobacteria).
