Abstract: Investigates views and working methods of 14 nurses participating in two-year family-oriented inter-professional education programme for professionals working in field of primary services (health care, social welfare, school, and day care). Concludes that, in order to change theoretical framework and practical working methods of professionals, length of training has to be adequate to allow inter-professional collaboration to be put into practice during process of education.
