| Abstract: | Reports results of sampling soft-bottom fauna along Spitsbergen fjord depression entering shelf, slope and Greenland Sea Ocean Basin at 200, 300, 500, 1,500, 2,000 and 3,000 m depths. Finds highest number of species per sample at 525 m depth. Also finds 14 eurybathic species and same number of taxa exclusively below 2,000 m depth, and 117 species only shallower than 300 m depth. |
