| Abstract: | Presents first simultaneous building of climatic snow line (CSL) and equilibrium line altitude (ELA) fields. Compares fields and assesses their evolution on basis of climatic observations (mean summer temperature defining melting and solid precipitation responsible for accumulation). Analyzes change of parameters describing climate-glacial interaction for periods 1930-60 and 1961-92, dividing time before and since recent climate warming began. Data and discussion focus on Orulgan, Cherskiy and Momskiy Ranges and Momo-Selenyakhskaya Depression. |
