Presents detailed account of Constantino Davidov's scrap metal company Georgias del Sur S.A. and attempt via Project Alpha to assert Argentine sovereignty over South Georgia by subterfuge, and draws on government archives, classified documents and personal interviews to describe how this incident led to invasion of Falkland Islands in April 1982. |
