| Abstract: | Discusses structure of Upper Jurassic delta system within Vakh zone of oil and gas accumulation (Khanty-Mansiyskiy A.O.) using geological and geophysical data on 1500 wells originating from prospecting and extraction drilling. Reveals differences in structure of deltas of varying ages from one single delta complex and characteristics of formation of oil deposits in reservoirs of differing types of deltas. Finds variations in parameters of drilling in sandstones of different facies. |
