Abstract: Considers whether incorporating terms for environmental factors (temperature, herring and 0-group cod) into stock recruitment functions for Barents Sea capelin would increase ability to predict recruitment. Investigates effects of alternative estimates of capelin spawning stock and juvenile herring on model predictability.
