Title: Extracellular enzymatic activities of cold-adapted bacteria from polar oceans and effect of temperature and salinity on cell growth / Yinxin Zeng, Yong Yu, Bo Chen, Huirong Li.
Author(s): Zeng, Yinxin.
Yu, Yong.
Chen, Bo.
Li, Huirong.
Date: 2004.
In: Chinese Journal of Polar Science. (2004.), Vol. 15(2) (2004)
Abstract: Investigates potential of 324 bacteria to produce variety of extracellular enzymatic activities at low temperature. Lipases are generally present in all bacteria from polar oceans; protease-producing bacteria were second most prevalent.
