Record #172126:

Abundance of general aerobic heterotrophic bacteria in the Bering Sea and Chukchi Sea and their adaptation to temperature / Haowen Chen, Aiguo Gao, Haiqing Sun, Yutian Jiao.

Title: Abundance of general aerobic heterotrophic bacteria in the Bering Sea and Chukchi Sea and their adaptation to temperature / Haowen Chen, Aiguo Gao, Haiqing Sun, Yutian Jiao.
Author(s): Chen, Haowen.
Gao, Aiguo.
Sun, Haiqing.
Jiao, Yutian.
Date: 2004.
In: Chinese Journal of Polar Science. (2004.), Vol. 15(1) (2004)
Abstract: Analyses abundance using petri dish cultivation and counting method. Studies abundance of GAB in different sea areas, sampling sites, sediment layers and adaptability to differential temperatures. Finds that most of GAB samples are psychrotrophic bacteria.
