Abstract: Dealing with anterior portion of glenoid fossa, aims to show that in skulls of those Eskimo "who have existed under the primitive conditions of life habitual to their race", surface for articulation with mandible is not deeply concave as in skulls of modern highly civilized races, but tends to be shallow, in some cases remarkably so.
