| Abstract: | Saami Minister Ann-Christin Nykvist spoke at annual meeting of SSR about self-determination, dialogue and cooperation, but claimed that on ILO 169 she had to suppress her own ambition in favour of Riksdag's decisions. Saami politics is too heavily taken up with enquiries, and she prefers concrete results. Government associates Norwegian-Swedish Reindeer Grazing Convention with a Nordic Saami convention. |
