Record #170583:
Prediction of optimum traffic frequencies for northern latitudes / Canada. Defence Research Board.
Title: | Prediction of optimum traffic frequencies for northern latitudes / Canada. Defence Research Board. |
Author (corporate): | Canada. |
Date: | 1954. |
Publisher: | Ottawa: Defence Research Board |
Abstract: | Manual for predicting optimum traffic frequencies for high frequency communication circuits in Northern Hemisphere for any hour, month, year. Two volumes cover periods January-June and July-December. System used is designed specially for high latitudes, i.e., greater than 35°N, taking particular account of distorting influence of auroral zone. System is also permanent, requiring only monthly forecasted ionospheric index. |
