Abstract: Absence of political parties and other realities of political life affect campaigning and operation of legislature, while birthright organisations provide parallel system of government. Federal elections are badly supported, while territorials get higher turnout. Age, income and education have positive impact. Those with positive attitude towards Nunavut, such as Inuit, are more likely to vote.
